How to change your bank details
If you’re already taking your pension or about to take your pension, it’s important we’ve your correct bank details. You can let us know your change of bank details by filling in our ‘Change of bank details’ form. We can only pay your pension into a bank or building society account in your name or an account that you hold jointly. If you’re not sure of any of the details, please check with your bank or building society or look at your bank statement. Putting the wrong information means it will take longer for you to get your pension.
If your bank account is overseas
If you want to have your pension paid into an overseas bank account, the process is different. Please contact us by email at pensions@westnorthants.gov.uk for a bank form for your chosen country. We use a company called Convera to pay pensions into overseas bank accounts.
