Payslips

We upload your payslips monthly to your online pension account. We send paper copies at key times of the year or following a change to your circumstances.

We’ll send payslips to your home address, in the following circumstances:

  • your first pay
  • in March (year end information on payslip)
  • in April (when your pension increases)
  • in May (for your first complete month after your pension has increased)
  • any change in your tax code
  • any month where your net pay is changed by £5.00 or more.

It’s important that you tell us of any changes to your address. If pay slips are returned to us, we’ll have to stop your pension as a fraud protection measure.

Will my pension increase?

Each year, the pension you get from us is usually increased in line with the cost of living. This is based on the Consumer Price Index as assessed over the previous year, to 30 September. This will be pro-rated if you haven’t had your pension for the full year.

Your State Pension

We don’t manage State Pensions. These are managed by The Pensions Service, as part of the Department for Work and Pensions.
