Signing up

If you’ve not signed up for an online account, why not do it today! The sign up button is at the top of the page. You’ll need your national insurance number handy. Once you’ve filled in your details, if:

• Your email address matches the one we have on your pension account
  You’ll get an email straight away with a link to complete your registration.

• We don’t already have an email address for you, or it’s different to the one you’ve entered but is a recognised work email
  We’ll update your pension account with the email address you gave us. In a few days, we’ll send you an email with a link to complete your registration.

• Your email address doesn’t match the one we have for you and isn’t a work email
  You’ll need to fill in our Update form and email it securely to pensions@westnorthants.gov.uk. Once your answers match our records, we’ll send you an email with a link to complete your registration.

You’ve 72 hours to use the link.
