Keep us up to date
You’ll need to tell us as soon as possible if you:
- change payroll providers or employee payroll/post references
- plan to transfer under TUPE regulations eligible LGPS employees to a new employer. For example:
- outsourcing
- merger/takeover
- academy conversion or moving trusts
- local government reorganisation.
This is the case whether the new employer is currently in the Fund or not. You may need to sign a new admission agreement before the transfer.
Or if your members details change, for example:
- address
- surname
- relationship status
- change of hours or change in contractual weeks per year paid
- breaks in pensionable employment – family leave, maternity, adoption, unpaid leave etc
- strike action
- reservist leave.
