Keep us up to date

You’ll need to tell us as soon as possible if you:

  • change payroll providers or employee payroll/post references
  • plan to transfer under TUPE regulations eligible LGPS employees to a new employer. For example:
    • outsourcing
    • merger/takeover
    • academy conversion or moving trusts
    • local government reorganisation.

This is the case whether the new employer is currently in the Fund or not. You may need to sign a new admission agreement before the transfer.

Or if your members details change, for example:

  • address
  • surname
  • relationship status
  • change of hours or change in contractual weeks per year paid
  • breaks in pensionable employment – family leave, maternity, adoption, unpaid leave etc
  • strike action
  • reservist leave.

Please fill in a Change of circumstances form or a Notification of unpaid leave form.
