What personal data do we hold?

The information about you that we collect, and process may include:

• Contact details, including name, address, telephone numbers, and email address.
• Identifying details, including date of birth, and national insurance number.
• Information about your pension, including length of service or membership and salary.
• Other information about your membership of the Fund or to help pay your pension like your bank account details.
• Information about your family, dependants, or personal circumstances. For example, marital status and information to help us allocate any pension benefits when you die.
• Limited health information. For example, to assess whether you’re eligible for an ill health pension. Or where your health is relevant to a claim for pension benefits following the death of a member of the Fund.
• Information about a criminal conviction if this has resulted in you owing money to your employer or the Fund. We may look to repay the employer or Fund from your pension benefits.

We get some of this data from you. We may also get data from your employer like salary information and from other sources including public databases.
